Returns and refunds

Returning your item is very simple, and you have 6 months to return the product if you find that it is not right for you. The 6-month period (180 days) starts on the day you receive the item at your home. Return shipping is at our expense. How does it work?

1- Contact us at contact@helitar.com to request a product return and a refund.

2- We contact the courier and create the shipping label.

3- We send you the label by email, so you only need to print it and attach it to the item.

4- The courier collects the package directly from your home.

Your refund will be issued on the same day we receive the package from the courier. Your email address (which you provided during the purchase process) will be shared with the courier so that you can also track the shipment status and receive confirmation that the package has been received.
