Returns and refunds

Returning your item is very easy, and you have 6 months to return the product if it doesn’t work out. The 6-month period (180 days) starts on the day you receive the item at home. We cover the return shipping costs. How does it work?

1- Contact us at contact@helitar.com to request a return and refund.

2- We’ll contact the carrier and create the shipping label.

3- We’ll email you the label, so all you need to do is print it and attach it to the item.

4- The carrier will pick up the package directly from your home.

Your refund will be issued on the same day we receive the package from the carrier. Your email address (which you provided during checkout) will be shared with the carrier so you can also track the shipment and receive confirmation that the package has been received.
