Shipping and delivery times
From the time of purchase, you can expect to receive your item within 3 business days with free shipping.
Your shipment tracking code will be sent to you by email or SMS to your phone number (if provided at the time of purchase) as soon as the carrier shares it with us.
If you still haven't received the tracking code for your order, you can follow up by emailing us at contact@helitar.com and specifying your first and last name and the purchase date.
