Shipping and delivery times
You can expect to receive your item within 3 business days of purchase with free shipping.
Your shipment's tracking number will be sent to you by email or SMS to your phone number (if provided at the time of purchase) as soon as the courier shares it with us.
If you have not yet received your order's tracking number, you can follow up with us by sending an email to contact@helitar.com and specifying your first and last name and purchase date.
